Oh To Bring A Little Classical Philosophy Into A Conversation
If you decided to put a word, just one, on a padlock and then leave it, locked, somewhere for others to see and consider, I wonder, what would you choose?
Would it be a word, perhaps, that was sometimes related to intellect and intelligence, that was a concept from classical philosophy for the faculty of the human mind necessary for understanding what is true or real?
Or would you consider something a little more simple, maybe symbolic and in your own language?
I suspect a romantic version of the latter in this case, but wouldn't you feel just a little bit smug if you claimed the first, should anyone ask of course?
