The Fake And The Greedy Being Fake And Greedy
Being yourself, being true and authentic, in a fake and greedy world.
Well, that’s a challenge for most of us, right? What feels honest and true to me will no doubt feel like little more than a cry for help to others.
I mean, the fake and the greedy will always be exactly that and I can only imagine that in their freaky world everyone normal would just seem weird.
And why wouldn't they think that way, because what is normal anyway? We all believe we have a monopoly on the truth and normality, don't we?
So until the world finds a little more self awareness how, I wonder, do we keep going, keep moving forward, trying to find the person we are meant to be?
No-one ever said it would be easy but, then again, no-one ever told us much about how to find yourself growing up, did they?
Be yourself, do as you're told and don't break the rules, that was about as much as most of us got.
And that’s no kind of advice for anyone, is it, when you are trying to find out who you really are?
